I can't sleep and it is hours before breakfast. I am serioulsy trying to loose weight and have to cut out these midnight snacks.

Try eating an apple. The pectin is said to normalize blood sugar, which will help with the feelings of hunger. If you don't have an apple, try some other fruit, or a little milk. Good luck. Plan for this in the future; it isn't necessarily bad to eat a healthy snack as an extra "meal". Just eat something healthy. Hope this helps.

best thing is to cut all yr three main meals into 7-8 smaller meals. this will stop the hungry pains and you wont feel as hungry. also do yr walking or biking late before dinner and then some yoga maybe just before bed. this will tire you out to give you a good nights sleep

You could always eat a smaller dinner and eat a snack like a banana or an apple. Also, like everyone else said drinking water will help you out.
