I don't pray in the conventional sense I simply talk to my spirit guides out loud as if I am speaking to some one else. I can be driving or walking it just does not matter.
I definetly do NOT kneel because the higher realm is here for our assistance and we are ALL a part of the GREAT SPIRIT.
At times I call in anyone of my choosing: grandma or Dad passed over; spirit guide; KRSNA; ISIS; Arch-Angel Michael; Ghandi; MLK; the Mother Goddess; Father God; my animal guides, or Christ Light.
It depends on my particular situation. I am by no means limited in using spiritual beings since we are all connected to the same LIGHT SOURCE.

I don't pray TO Jesus as much as I pray WITH Jesus, who is alive in heaven praying for me.
Hebrews 7:25-27. Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them. For such an high priest became us, who is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and made higher than the heavens; Who needeth not daily, as those high priests, to offer up sacrifice, first for his own sins, and then for the people's: for this he did once, when he offered up himself.
I try to pray according to the model Jesus gave in the Lord's prayer. OUR FATHER, is how I START my prayer. And I END the prayer in JESUS' name, in accordance with His instructions in the 14th chapter of John's gospel: And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do [it]."
I don't like to hear other people (or myself) say JESUS as a swear word. It's a holy name, Jesus is. Next time I hear Jesus' name used disrespectfully maybe I will do the Muslim thing and add "Peace be upon Him!" But then, maybe not. Jesus is the Prince of Peace. I have no peace of my own to give him, just my willingness to enter into his rest.

They're both one and the same. Jesus ("the Son"), God("the Father"), and the Holy Spirit all comprise a three-part entity refered to as the Holy Trinity. It's kind of like a three-way split personality, but with different purposes. So, when you pray to any, they all hear it and respond appropriately.

Ha-ha. One answer says "we pray through Jesus christ and he directs our prayers to God." So, Jesus is... like what? The switchboard operator? LOL.
