I don't know why there are no celebrated religious holidays in the summer. Do you know why there are so many celebrated religious holidays in winter?
Because that is when somebody in Washington about 40 or 30 or 20 or 10 years ago signed a piece of paper saying that it is.
That is why, God did not tell us to celebrate any of these holidays we celebrate. none of the them, we live in the New Testament of Jesus Christ. Not the Old Testament of Moses, and the feasts and the sacrifices for atonation of sins.
We have been set free of all of those kind of things. It is even in the Bible.

There are some religious holidays in the summer. They are not here in the USA.

Make your own.Make it a floating holiday. You know, like Mother's Day and Father's Day are always on Sunday, well, you could just let it float from day to day and not just week to week.Like the first year it's on Monday, then Tuesday.Wouldn't that infuriate employers? And it could be religious. It doesn't have to be religious, but if you wanted it to be,you could always say you're celebrating the birth of Mary.No one knows when THAT was,so how could they prove you wrong?
