Well, hangovers are just another form of dehydration so drink lots of water. Do not go on car rides, makes you feel 10times worse, believe me, Lol. But the best treatment would have to be drinking and sleeping more maybe also eating some bread. I hate hangovers!

The first thing to do is drink lots of water. When you have a hangover, you're dehydrated.

In fact, a good way to prevent or alleviate a hangover is to end the evening by drinking a lot of water before going to bed.

Apart from that, some people find that aspirin works; I never have. Depends on the person.

Hangovers are mainly attributed to dehydration. Your body needs to have its fluids and electrolites replenished. Gatorade will help if you can keep it down. Also bananas will replenish your potassium levels. The best cure is to remember that it takes your body 1 hour to metabolize one serving of alcohol...this means 1 beer or 1 glass of wine, 1 mixed drink, or 1 shot. If you have more than 1 drink in an hours time, you are asking for trouble.

Drink a lot of water. Fruit and gatorade are good too to replace lost electrolytes and natural sugars that the body is searching for.
