yes, my brother grew almost 6 inches taller between 20 and 26. It can happen. (he was the short one in school, and at the reunion he freaked the girls out as they had thought he would stay short and skinny - he is now 6 2 and wide shouldered.) most people are really not done growing in height by 21 - you have a few more years to go most likely.

Yes, a man can grow after the age of 21 but it's extremely rare for a woman to grow taller.

Yes its possible. The growth plates of the long bones typically close by age 25 in men. You can continue to grow taller until those growth plates close.
