just a taught maybe it is because of the way you dress you should not be wearing a shirt that low unless you are saying come and get it.

If you do not want people to think these things you should make yourself appear better. Also check the girls you hang with. If they are putting out other people would think that you to are putting out even if you are not

Well, not much to really take a handle of the situation but you can have a few pointers here:

One of the ways to guide yourself in life is knowing and using the following:

If what you've decided increases survival for more than just yourself, family, groups and mankind in general and your actions show this to be true in life - you can measure that action against what others are saying against you and know whether they are doing so just to pull you away from that survival direction or helping you toward it.

Then you will know whether these people are worth being around or should be moved aside so you can get on with your direction or purpose in life.

I know this has helped me in life - I hope it helps you too! Oh yeah, it's best not to 'wait' but get in and do something about things you know should be being handled.

Best,
David

I am not sure if I got your question right. Why rumors about you happen?

Do not worry much over rumors. I know you are 16 and at that age, rumors are seen as very damaging and hurtful. But you seem to know yourself quite well and seem to have strong beliefs.

Rumors happen when others, with some degree of jealousy attack us in the lowest form, and I might add the more coward one, there is: spreading a rumor. Basically individuals who do this lack the ability to face their problems with intelligent points, they do not have any valid points so the easiest way to attack you is by creating rumors.

Is like when people insult you, the word you put there with **** is just that, a word. The one who gives meaning to it is you, if you want to, see you do have a choice to react. Rumors are the same, just lies and words, if you don't react to them (i.e. you ignore them) you basically are sending the message that you do not care because you do know is all lies.

Your friends know who you are, your family know who you are and most important YOU know who you are. So don't play their game, ignore them and continue to be so strong in your beliefs.

Kudos to you as I am aware of how difficult is to be a teenager in these days, your strong beliefs will be a great asset later in life.

You are a genuinely nice, kind, and moral person. When people who are less than that look at you, and they realize their own failings, the only way they can deal with it is by bringing you down to their level, since they can't measure up to yours. It is very hard to ignore what other people say about it. You have the strength from knowing the truth, and so do your true friends. You don't need everybody in your life. You do your best,, are offer friendship for all, but if someone violates than, be through with them and move on. keep up your convictions beliefs.

To tell you the truth.. it takes only one person to believe what others are saying about you. The word is jealousy. If people in your part of the sphere believe that of you, the human nature disappoints me in cases like this. But in the question of your behavior, does it invalidates what people are saying? Think about it and I hope you can prove people wrong. People are funny about judging people.. Be careful and good luck..

If you don't try and comply with today's degraded society you will be an outcast. Many many suffer terribly from Christaphobia - to the extent that they are in constant pain. Knowing there can be an example of what they can not, or do not want to be is an embarrassment to them.

KEEP IT UP! In th end-- You win, they loose.

It definitely stinks but we are pretty much guaranteed to be persecuted to one degree or another when we profess Christ in our lives.
Surround yourself with a good Christian support system( family, friends, etc.) It can be especially hard when you are a teen-ager. Hang in there. It definitely isn't easy but it is worth it .

I grew up in a Christain home. Recently, I went off to find my own church, not to reject it, but to figure out what I truly believe. Alot of people gave me a hard time b/c they though I was rejecting my religion. It's your choice to believe what you believe, otherwise it's brainwashing.
Don't let others bring you down, that's what the devil wants. Just believe that Jesus died on the cross for your sins, and that Jesus is with you.

People can be mean. They play head games. It makes them feel better about themselves because they are actually insecure.

So there is something you are unintentionally doing that makes them feel insecure.

You are nicer than they are.

Stand up and walk tall. Be proud of who you are. Just dont rub it in their face.

Cheers and good luck. *from an athiest
