The brand new.... hasn't actually hit stores yet.... Gary Yamamoto Shad-worm.... currently its only available to professional anglers and shop owners for demonstration. I love the things!! Think of a 4 inch shad with a three inch worm tail attatched to it..... it has great action and was killing bass for me yesterday.

I have caught more bass on tradition then anything. The old white spinnerbait, gold willow leaf and silver colorado blade. Is unbelievable i think and works what seems to be anytime, anywhere. Started bass fishing in Oklahoma and using that lure, went back to Minnesota and it worked just the same, awesome! I also like Berkley Red Shad slug go. Red Shad seems to be the key to things, others don't work as well. Although the Red Shad is hard to find cause it is so popular in Minnesota. Give those a try, guarantee you'll hook into a nice one. From there, Hey just experiment. Bass are kind of dumb if you ask me, just needs to be in the right place at the right time and they will hit.

I'll give you a secret. Go to Wal-MArt and buy a Rattle Trap 3/8 ounce. and buy some Hot Pink Nail Polish. Paint the entire trap hanging from fishing line where ever you want to hang it and paint it again and again all over hooks and all with about five good coats.
The next time you go fishing throw that Pink rattle Trap out thewre, but make sure you have brand new 17 lb Trilene thats what I use test line.
Your gonna need it...trust me!
Pink is the Screptoccus favorite food chain Trout and Trout has Pink. Bass are instinctively attracted to a moving fish that is Pink and they literally knock the hell out of it. Thats why you need 17 lb test line.
Be a good conservative and always throw back some big fish you catch to preserve the Bass fishing for future fishing.
I want you to catch fish, but I wouldn't spread the word around so much. Keep it to your self and anyone that reads this like wise. I'm in a good mood to share my historical secret and I guess I can't take it to my grave so its time for people to have fun. I had to learn on my own and people just don't tell all their secrets,. but I am happy to have shared one of mine. Why do you think that there is no Pink Rattle Traps nowhere for sale not even in Bass Master magazine. I just gave you one the greatest fishing tips you'll ever get. Have a Happy Fishing and go catch you a trophy.

Texas rigged rubber worms are always my go to lure. If spinners or cranks don't seem to be working, present the worms real slow.

Stick with plugs, a touch of glitter in blue or green or black. Why go away from what works best?
