How can (fundy) Atheists not be Conceited?
1. You believe Jesus got his *** beat and tortured just so you can murder, rape steal ect., repent, say you're sorry and go to heaven? THAT'S STUPID AND EVIL
Answer: Nope. I believe that you need faith to go to Heaven, and according to the Bible (interpreted through the commonly forgotten Semitic Totality Concept), "faith" is belief that results in works. The STC tells us that something in one totality (ie., the soul for belief) is vain unless manifested in the other (ie., the body, with works/good deeds). So, if you repent just as you die, after living a horrible and sinful life, you will probably NOT go to Heaven.
2. You think there's gonna be angels in the sky blowing trumpets and God and the Devil will have a big fight? THAT"[sic]S STUPID AND EVIL?
Answer: Wrong again. I believe that this "battle" occurred in 70 AD, and that it was a battle for the hearts and minds of believers.
3 You say your life is predestined but you also say you have free will? THAT'S STUPID
Answer: Yep, but you need to take a fresh look at predestination. The doctrine of predestination focuses mostly on the sovereignity of God, and that sovereignity is based on making a decision for everything that has/is/will ever take place. However, a choice, made by God, to do nothing about some small stuff, is still a SOVEREIGN choice. We have a lot of free will when God's not choosing to do something.
4. You go to church and give your money away and actually believe You're giving it to God? So, will they send it to God by UPS or what? THAT'S STUPID
Answer: Nope. Plus, this is a straw man. Yes, I go to church. Yes, I donate money to help. But I don't believe, like many other Christians, that my money goes directly to God, but that it is used for his ministry through his people to do his will. And thanks for that snide remark on the end.
It's been fun. Have a nice day!

1.) I agrre with this point kinda, because many of Christians think that they can do what ever they want and still go to heaven if they say sorry, there's more to repenting than that.
2.) Actually i do, the same way you see wars; one side is good and the other evil, depending on perspective.
3.) Life is kinda both, its more of a theory though. although youare free to do what ever you want, God actually urges you, not makes you do that action. Also it's only predestined in some cases because then everyone would go to heaven and be a good person and etc. But thats where free will comes in. so its mor elike urges, like when Satan was urging Job not making him.
4.) No, Christians don't beleive they are giving it to God, they know they are giving it for God. because some of that money goes to the preacher.
also watch Donnie Darko, it will help you understand what i'm saying. And i didn't get this from the movie either.

1. No. Like the bible teaches, I do not abuse God's grace by using it as an excuse to commit evil. I gratefully accept God's mercy, knowing that he loves me like a father and he will never turn his back on me, but at the same time I try to live my life every day in a way that is good and kind and pleasing to him.
2. God and the devil never had a fight. The angels that were on God's side and the angels that were on Satan's side had a fight. And God's angels won. But it was not a way with swords and guns, but a spiritual war between spiritual beings. When the bible talks of blowing trumpets it is using symbols and metaphor to describe non-physical heavenly events.
3. You say light is both a WAVE and a PARTICLE?
THAT'S STUPID! Could it be that the relationship between predestination and free will is something we just do not understand?
4. I believe that when I give my money away to poor people who have no food or clothing or medicine that I am giving it directly to God. Jesus said "Whatever you do for the lowest & poorest of people you have done for me." That is how I give my money to God.

There are a lot of people who consider themselves Christians but don't know really what they believe. They say things that they can't back up, even by scripture. They repeat what they hear other people tell them that don't really know what they're talking about either because they have not sat down and seriously studied the scriptures that they are supposed to believe in. Shoot, a lot of them don't go to church or even pray, unless it's an emergency. Most of them have John 3:16 memorized but wouldn't have a clue as to what the rest of the Bible says.
These are "baby" Christians and some folks remain babies all of their Christian lives.
By your statements above I believe you have been inundated by these "baby" Christians. Or, you have misrepresented what you have either heard, read or saw on a movie.
Now that you have claimed how "stupid" Christians are about what they believe do you have an alternative form of forgiveness for people who are attempting to escape a life of sin or are you just voicing your frustrations with no clue as to how to accommodate forgiveness and acceptance to these hurting people?
C'mon man, what is the alternative to your statements? Give them some hope. Prove to them that they are wrong. Don't just spout off. Any idiot can do that and I presume that you are not an idiot. So tell us, what is the alternate form of salvation that will forgive people of their sin, accept them into a loving family and offer them eternal life with God?
If you don't have the answer why do you ask the question?

Christan aren't stupid, but they are forgiven. That's kinda a nice feeling when we mess up continuously!
Christianity in it self is a child faith - the Faith to believe without question, just to do! Religion is man-made - Which Jesus said in the bible that he hates religion!
Studying the bible leads to many questions that can only be answered by more studying the bible - there are many contradictions!
But it was Man written - Their personal visions of what happened to them or what they saw!
As for the many miracles in the bible - look at life today: There are miracles every day, every minute. So there must have been miracles then too!
One thing good was in the old testament there were very strict rules = you had to go to a priest in order to speak to God! (Go through a human being who was no more than our peer).
Jesus died on the cross to allow us to pray directly to GOD - No middle man!
Bu ding on the cross he sacrificed himself to pay for our sins that we made and still make!
Kind'a good to feel we're forgiven when we mess up!
But it's not the kind where 'hey, I'm gonn'a mess up and just be forgiven...'
Blah Blah - I'm nobody, I'm nothing!
But As for some I need to believe there is something better and bigger.
Not sure what that is - Really don't know where I came from or Where I'm going, But it has to better than this!
P.S. YES, Churches do want money, most are corrept. Any one can MAKE a churh - going on your gut feeling and your heart is where you'll find the right place - as for money who said even a nickle isn't okay to donate!?! You give what you can if you can!

Whoa horsey!... One at a time!......
1. Jesus said, "Whosoever....", it doesn't matter what you've done good or bad....
2. God's angels will blow the trumpet to announce His return, and the fight? Nope, All God has to do is Speak and it will be finished. SAtan has already lost....
3.I believe in Free Will, but what I understand predestination to be is the fact that even though we have Free Will, God(who knows past, present, and future), already knows who in all of eternity will accept Him.
4. The money goes toward God's Work here on earth. He doesn't NEED anything or any moeny. It is merely our way of saying "Thank You Lord, for ALL that you are! PLease use this offering to help those who truly are in need."
There's nothing stupid about it....

1. seriously, we don't deserve to go to heaven for the sins and betrayal we commit. But God loves us and show us mercies by sending his son, jesus christ, to offer us salvation, a second chance that is always present. That is true ONLY if you are sincere to live for god and repents.
2. its not stupid.
3. God has already paved the road for you, and it is your will to choose whether you follow that road or the road of perdition, where hell meets.
4. The donations given to the church would be used in the will of god, meaning the members of the church would use the money the way god would spend it. I don't know about some corrupted churches that exploit their funding or donations, but there's thousands of churches that give our offerings back to their communities and, ultimately, fulfill the will of god.
Not everythings are as stupid as you think they are. True christians do not live or do things unintelligently. don't Jesus did not die in vein. The plans of god and your free will are not a disagreement. And our offerings to the church will not go without a purpose. A question for you, how could people be so stubborn, not let god recieves them, when god will accept their forgiveness and offer them salvation and gifts they truly desire.

The Crucifixion of Christ gives no one the right to rape, murder and whatever else mans perverted mind may conjure up.
we are told about the Trump of GOD sounding in the Bible and I believe it as it is written.
I have the choice of living in a GODLY manner and certain things will happen in my life. predestined.
I have the choice to live a life of no morals and of actually living in defiance of GOD and certain things will happen in my life.
Also predestined.
I believe that the money I give the Church goes to pay the gas, electric, water and salaries of those working at the Church.
The rest is used to buy supplies and share the Word of GOD with people that think everything is stupid and evil.
How do I know these things I'm the Pastor.

im not even Christian, I'm a Hindu. But you are apalling. You don't have your facts straight. And using the word *** while talking about the torture of Jesus is STUPID AND EVIL. Jesus was a great man, Muslims, Hindus, and Jews all believe that even if they do not except him as a prophet. Calling a religion stupid is a horrible thing to do. Stop trying to get attention by backstabbing religions. Its a cruel and mean thing to do.

Clearly you have never been a christian and/or never have really studied to bible. What you say here you will hear from most people trying to justify their belief that god doesn't exist.
If you are going to make statements about anything you should be better informed about the subject.
You must be one of the people who believe that Jesus said "an eye for an eye and tooth for a tooth". Wrong.....
And what in the world makes you think that people believe when they give to the church that it will go directly to God? WOW!
Give us a break.
