I have no clue waht to tell you about pimples, but I can give you advice on losing weight. Drink nothing but water and stay away from alot of carbs. That helped for me.

There is no healthy way to lose weight fast. Those who lose weight quickly always regain it plus even more! It is best to lose it at the recommended 1 or 2 pounds a week. You have three options:
1. follow a diet plan
2. figure out your own diet based on 1200 calories
3. just cut your portions so that you are eating less while avoiding fatty, fried and sweet foods
With all diets, it is essential to also exercise to keep your metabolism boosted and to help you burn fat. It's also very good for your overall health.
I can provide you with a diet but you would need to buy the recommended foods. The diet is very, very simple with everything premeasured for you (based on Jenny Craig and Nutrisystem but you do it all yourself for a lot less money). Calorie total of the diet is 1250.

1. Cider vinegar is really effective and safe -- put some on a cotton ball and apply -- it will sting a little bit . . . you should dilute first -- I use full strength but I'm used to it.
2. I think anything that will help you lose weight "really fast" isn't safe. If you work out with some hand weights or do some band (rubber) training . . . it will "cut muscles" pretty fast -- tone you.

You can lose weight fast by not drinking any soda. Walk everyday and eat less. Don't eat so many sweets. My mom lost weight quick by doing that. Good luck

For zits, peroxide works. And to lose weight, water and water only. DO NOT make yourself vomit and things like that. It is dangerous, but limited fasting works and quickly too.

As far as acne goes. Proactive really worked for me. You can get that online- My son (17y) went to his regular doctor and recieved a perscription that really worked for him. Question 2
I lost a lot of weight by cutting carbs, lots of water and not eating after 5:00pm.

put a really HOT washcloth on your zit and hold it for a while like 5 mins, it works
you can't lose weight that fast, you'll hurt yourself

When I cut out carbonated soda, my acne cleared up about 75%. Cut out any sodas and you should see a difference after a couple of weeks.

Eat less calories than you burn. 3500 calories in a pound. That is jogging for about 6 hours or don't eat that big mac, fries and a coke.
