You should weigh whatever makes you comfortable and healthy. If you play sports, you are going to weigh more than a person of the same size, because your muscle weighs more than fat and other tissue. A simple weight measurement isn't going to help you any because of that. It also doesn't mean a whole lot for the rest of your life either. Big, medium, and small people all live full and happy lives and find people who are attracted to them and want to be with them everyday. Your size is only a bad thing if it is causing you health problems, or if you are personally umcomfortable with it. Fvck everyone else.

A normal weight for someone of your height, going by Body Mass Index (the standard most physicians now use), would be between about 130 and 165. But this is just a guideline. You could weigh more than 165 and still be at a healthy weight if you're muscular.

my doctor gave me a chart that states a female should weigh between 135-165 lbs to be considered healthy at 5'9". You really should focus on BMI (body mass index) though. Since you say that you have muscle this will be a better judge if you are overweight because it judges you on fat/muscle content rather than just how much you weigh.

Hey, if you are 5'9 and 15 like me you should weigh approx. 120-140 and if you weigh more it doesnt mean that you are obese it just means you have a little more muscle than others. It doesnt matter if your overweight or not because as long as you think you look good and you feel good than thats all that matters!!!!DONT always believe what others think believe what you think!

You don't go by height/weight ratio anymore. This is not valid for measuring health and fitness. Basically if you feel good and look good you are probably at a good weight. If you want to judge how "in -shape " you look, pinch your thighs and triceps. If they are toned you are in shape.

Talk to your doctor ....only they can tell you for sure if you are a healthy weight or not. DO NOT go by charts out there!! According to one of those, Picabo Street, an Olympic skiier was overweight...RIDICULOUS!! Don't go by scales...go by how you look and feel. If you are active (which it sounds like you are) and healthy, that's all that matters....don't let your life be driven by a number!
