what would a fraud alert do?
Also, what should I tell the Attorney General Office?

I am not really concerned about the credit card # but rather about my SSN and drivers license.

i work for a credit bureau. recommend contacting all three credit bureaus (equifax, experian, transunion) and putting some type of fraud alert in your records. call them and let them know your situation and that you're concerned.

Call the Attorney General in your state.

And contact the credit bureaus and put a Fraud Alert on your file.

And contact your credit card company and get them to issue a new card with a new number, just as if it had been stolen.
