My thoughts and prayers to your daughter and family..
The others are right - don't give up, and make noise! The squeaky wheel and all that... contact lawyers -- if money is an issue, go for the public lawyers, and maybe even some big name who will take pro-bono cases.
Be very pro-active, after all it is your daughter! If possible, contact your judge about the visitation rights to get a more agreeable solution away from this sicko... ask around - there may be others he has molested, more voices on your side.
Don't give up - keep making phone calls, visits, letters to law enforcement and lawyers. The Media may not be a bad idea!

Though I could never really know what you and your daughter are going through, I can only imagine what one would do. Other than physically harming the guy, that is. I'd say contact every lawyer you can find. Even try the UCLA. If nothing more, just call and ask your question to them real quick. If no one listens or gives you the answer you want, contact the media. Publicize the case. People always seem to change their tune when the public is watching.

dude sorry about your daughter. first get her help. that is the most important thing. If any shrink suspects shes been abused by him they're bound to turn it in. every news channel has a help line call them. they won't put your name or you little girls on the air. keep making noise search for a good pro bono lawyer. all law firms will do pro bono work, for tax reasons. Do not take off after that piece of crap. Your daughter needs you with her not in jail or worse. Keep making noise till someone hears. Let the neighbors know they have a registered sex offender living their. You can't attack him, but you can hurt him.

First call 1-800-for a child they will not only tell you who to see and talk to but they will council you as well. you can call them 24-7 If you need an organization in your area to assist you they will know! They are the greatest.
Second call your lawyer.
Third look on your computer to find out if he is on the sexual predators list with your county sheriff
Fourth notify them that this predator is molesting your child of 3 years old.
In turn they will contact his parole officer and rearrest him.

If you already did everything you can with reporting the rape (you have two years to do that). Then my only advice would be go to a lawyer and get legal advice. If you did everything you could do with the authorities but you still want justice to be made just sue the rapist and also sue the authorities for being so negligent of the case. MAKE THEM CARE

I'm sure her mother can get child endangerment just for having the trash around your daughter. Personlly, I'd cut the sob's balls off and hand them to him but that's illegal. Have you tried using a child psychologist with your daughter? That may be helpful. I'm so sorry for your daughter. No pervert has the right to do that and it makes me sick!!!

Start talkin' to other people. Get the names of some politician's who may help you. Go to the newspaper, if you have to. Call Nancy Grace ....she's on tv. Call the N.O.W. (National Organization for Women) And don't take " no " for an answer !!!

Have blood samples taken. Report the results to local law enforcement and hire a good attorney. Email back and let me know how things went.

This type of question needs legal consultation and you need therapeutic help before you take the perps' half dome off...
Get in touch with your Attorney General's Office...
