I mean, she looks terriable, sometimes I think she would love for me to kill her, she runs to the car when I come home, as tho she is trying to get hit on purpose or should I let her live her life

She loves totally you without judging you in any way! And she's pretty old for a cat. I hope you love her too, even though she's old and looking bad. If you are worried about her health, and it's not just a cosmetic issue, take her to the vet. Feed her catfood that doesn't stress out her urinary tract. Give her lots of love and hope when you are old and not so beautiful any more, that someone will love you too.
When the time comes that she is really sick and suffering, have her put down by a very understanding and sensitive vet.

You are a sick and twisted individual - this animal surely loves you (which would be why she runs to the car when you come in) though I'm not sure why! The fact that she beats up a 65lb boxer says she still plenty healthy. I hope you don't have any children - Lord knows how you would relate to them. And don't think, with the attitude you've presented here, that you've done the cat any favors! Let the cat live, it is a living, sentient anc caring being just like you. As long as it is healthy, allow it the gift of life.
You made a comment in regards to no nastiness, but the very wording you use begs for nastiness!

The cat probably runs up to your car because she doens't want another owner to abandon her. Her first owner killed himself like you said, and she probably is scared you might leave her too , which is why she runs up to you because she loves you. Your cat doesn't deserve to die. The fact that she lived so long proves she is strong inside. How could you write "should I kill her" ? Your cat is a living breathing creature from God, and you make it sound like your cat is yesterday's trash. What kind of a person are you? If you truly hate cats and truly don't want her, then do your cat a favor and give her to someone that will love her. Give her to someone that does like cats so she may die with dignity and love, because she isn't going to get that from you.

If you really hate cats then why not find a new home for the cat? I have a 20 year old cat and even though he has slowed down a bit he is still a great pet.

It is possible that your cat is happy to see that you are home mine meets me at my door everyday but since she is 20 it is possible that she is partially blind and does not realize that she is in harms way. Saying you are going to kill her is a bit harsh if you have loved this cat all this time take her to the vet and if she is that bad off putting her to sleep would the humane thing to do.

NO!!!!!!!! Dont kill her. If she is suffering, yes it would be a good idea. But if not dont kill her. Let her live her life out like she should. She needs to live her days out. I had a cat that lived up to 231/2 years old it was my moms before mine.

No! Don't kill her....unless she shows signs of being in pain and hurting and when you see that her quality of life is not good any more. Usually pets will let you know when they are ready to be released from their earthly bodies....if you are very close to this cat...you will know.
I just had to put down my cat and he was 22 years old! He was miserable and had numerous health problems....and he let me know finally that he was ready.

Cat's don't want to kill themselves. You just want to get rid of it. Your mind is set so that is all that you see. If you cared you would take it to a vet and have it looked at because it is probably very ill.

I suspect the cat would like to kill you.
20 years with you must have been like a living death.
