I would choose to know all spoken languages. It would give me a tremendous advantage in communicating with others. If I were able to understand exactly what someone is saying...and they were able to know exactly what I am saying it would greatly nullify the margin of misunderstanding and error. It would really allow you to accomplish a "meeting of the minds".

Assuming I wouldn't lose my current knowledge of body language, I'd pick the spoken languages. Body language is universal, and so some understanding of it is necessary... but spoken languages are esoteric and allow you to communicate at a higher level with a great many people.

Body language hands down. The body can say more than words could any day of the week. There is just something about body language.

Body language. If you know what a person isn't saying but really means, it doesn't matter if you can understand their spoken word. People are more honest with their body language than the spoken word.

know all spoken languages.... that one easy. I mean, to be able to go and communicate with anyone in the world. How awesome would that be? :D

Asof or interpreting body language, doesn't help them understand u any better, so u can tell someone is indifferent... what good that do u for asking about instructions on how to get to great piramid.

You know I speak English yet sometimes with other English speakers I have no idea what they're talking about, so spoken language cannot be the only form of communication or we're all in trouble!
See with the heart and speak with the heart best way to communicate.
