It can tend to - so yes. I know that there have been times that nothing has happened but- I can tel you it does alot better than bleached hair. And you can henna right over it. so have fun and swim!

Yes Chlorine is just like the bleach in you use in your clothing and Henna is ade from veg dyes, so it will pull the color out and change the color put conditoner on your hair b4 going swiming. You may not want to, but to keep the integrity of the color you ay want to wear a swim cap.
