There is a list of 4 questions that you can answer to see if you might have a problem with alcohol. I can't promise the results are totally accurate, but if you answer "yes" to one of these questions, you might consider seeing your doctor and talking about it.
Do you ever feel like you need to cut down on your drinking?
Do people annoy you, telling you to stop drinking?
Do you feel guilty about your drinking?
Do you ever need an "eye-opener", or a drink first thing in the morning?
Another consideration: have you ever had a problem that was caused by your drinking? (bad grades, lose a job, relationship break-up, DUI, car accident, etc)
Also, please be careful about taking advice from random people over the internet. I've read some of the answers to health questions, some of which are good, but some are really scary. I know that advice from other patients or the general public can be helpful sometimes, but keep in mind that a doctor, nurse, or someone with health care training will probably advise you to see your doctor.
Good luck. The best option is always to ask your doctor.

I read the list of answers that you got and most people are way out of touch with thinking that because you were in college that you do not have a drinking problem. Yes, you do have a drinking problem and are probably on the road to lots and lots of heart ache and pain, not only for yourself but for others. Make the choice to seek out help for yourself and don't make excuses......Get A Life!

No...you're twenty two and just out of college. If you are still drinking that much when you are out in the real world holding down a full-time job with debts to pay and a monthly bill for mortgage or rent, then you have a drinking problem.

Is it heavy? If you drink less than 30 ounces or three beers a night I'd say you're fine, if you binge drink on these nights I suggest going to AA (that is if you have no control, which I think you do otherwise you might drink 7 nights a week).

You're going to hurt somebody. Maybe not physically, maybe not intentionally, but you will hurt somebody. Yourself. A loved one. A friend. Stop drinking immediately. Get help. You don't want to be responsible for the harm of somebody else, do you?
My best friend died in my arms when we were both 11 years old. She was hit by someone who was drunk. Even if you don't get behind the wheel while under the influence, you CAN and *WILL* hurt somebody.

If you crave it when you don't drink. If you drink to substitute for food. If you cannot stop after one drink. You are an alcoholic.
Consider getting yourself tested for hyperinsulinemia. If you test high (10 or more), it might explain why your body (brain) is in need of more alcohol than is considered healthy.
It might be you have a condition where you are chronically low on blood sugar (hypoglycemia) and your brain is requesting alcohol (processed grain or fruit sugar) to survive.
For basic information on hypoglycemia, check out www.hufa.org. For basic information on hyperinsulinemia, check out www.mayoclinic.com and search for hyperinsulinemia.

I wouldn't go as far as to say that you are without more info, but you are on your way to creating habits that are going to lead you down that path if your not carefull. If you "cant" go without drinking whenever you want to(and only you know the true answer to that) then yes.

The fact that you are asking this question says more than any answer you may receive. You obviously think it is a problem on some level.
