Good idea, sitting quietly to understand yourself better helps.

While I have you looking how about doing something different for a change.

Tonight before you go to sleep ask God to please show you the truth. Tell her you are tired of wasting your time. Ask if she will speak directly to you and teach you this truth herself. Then stop talking and just listen. Clear your mind of all the nonsense thoughts about tomorrow and yesterday and quietly listen for an answer. This answer will come disguised as the voice you normally think with in your mind. Difference is it will be infinitely smarter than it was previously. The ego will be afraid of this voice and it will try to convince you that you are just making it all up, but you will know better. Try it I think you may finally be ready. Love and blessings.

Curseth not thy self Cool World, enjoy, wallow in the sub-intellectual swill, revel in your ability to waste time because all of your serious life requirements have been fulfilled. Rejoice, ask dumb questions and give dumb answers.
By the way, I loved the movie Cool World.

1jo 5:2 By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God, and keep his commandments.
1jo 5:3 For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous.
1jo 2:3 And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments.
1jo 2:4 He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.
1jo 2:5 But whoso keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of God perfected: hereby know we that we are in him.
