I also have very long, very curly hair, so I think I can help you!! Let me break it down for you this way: your hair will never naturally air dry to make those beautiful, bouncy, mega shiny, frizzfree curls. But with a little bit (a lot) of hair product, you can.
First of all, make sure your shampoo is very moisturing. ALWAYS use tons of conditioner. And every other shower, use only conditioner. That's right! skip the shampoo! Also, make sure you comb your hair in the shower while conditioner is still in it. never never ever ever brush or comb your curls while they are dry. (you may know all of this, but i'm not sure. just giving you every little tip that works for me)
As soon as you get out of the shower, wrap your hair in a towel. Don't rub it dry with the towel. If you must, flip your hair over, and pat it dry.
Next, while it's still wet, go ahead and start with the hair products right away. Here's what you do first, grab some hair conditioner...not leave in conditioner, but straight up conditioner. the one you used in the shower. Put a big glop of it in your hands, and run it through your hair. Make sure you get enough everywhere, most importantly your roots, and your ends.
Next, use an equally giant glop of hair gel. Our hair is thick and long, and when it's wet, it'll soak up anything...so don't feel like your hair is going to be all hard when it drys. Just work that hair gel in there.
Make sure you dont scrunch your hair. No need. You already have curls, and scrunching only causes frizz. Instead, take a few inch wide peices of hair, and twist them.
Let your hair air dry for a few minutes. Then, use a blow dryer with a diffuser on a medium setting so speed up drying your hair a little bit. Before your hair is completely dry...and it's a little damp, grab some hair serum. Not frizz ease. Try samy, bedhead, or biosilk (all miracle workers). Put a penny-sized amount in your hands, and rub it through all of your hair.
This seems like a lot of hair product, most of it used differently then intended, but hey...I know my hair looks good and I think it'll make yours look awsome too.

I have long and very thick hair and tried everything and it did not work. Then i went to the salon awhile back ago and got this stuff called Curl.life by matrix they have shampoo, conditioner, creme, and hairspray it is a little pricey but they work exelent!! What i do is while my hair is still wet i put about half a handfull of the hair creme then smooth it in, then spray in a bunch hairspray and it does it for me no frizz all day long!!

I also have curly hair and my stylist just turned me onto a great product. Try TIGI Catwalk Curls Rock Curl Amplifier. They sell it at salons or Ulta if you have that where you live. It really helps define the curls. It's a little more expensive, like $13, but I definitely think it's worth it!

This is a great website that has products, discussion boards, recommendations for all types of curly hair.

I also have long curly hair. While it's damp, I put on a bit of alcohol-free mousse, followed by a curl creme (I use one from Bumble and Bumble call Curl Conscious Curl Creme). Comb it through, then air dry or lightly diffuse dry.

well i read it on the computer and it says that if you put hand lotion on your hair after washing it then you put gel your hair won't be frizzy no more and you will have that wet look all day. but the next day if you are not gonna wash your hair don't put gel on again cause it will get frizzy.so just put gel that one time. hope this is helful.

Smooth and shine. Get the clear looking one not the cream. Go easy it is heavy but will do the trick.

redken ringiet and curl shampoos are great, you could get it slightly relaxed to make the curl not so frizzy and more loose
