Honey, I'll be honest with you. Meditation is the key. A few months ago I was told I wouldn't make it til Christmas (health problems). After I took up Meditating several times a day -- only a minute or so at a time -- the doc says it's a miracle. I'm healthy. Happy and Full of Life...... Look for books at the library, bookstore anything..... Meditation helps!! Trust me

In your situation, the best way to relieve stress is to pray and to meditate. Prayer is talking to our creator. Let the creator know of your stress and ask to have it relieved - ask for help. Pray for those people who are troubled and no matter what the results, pray that there will be love.

In addition meditation produces good vibrations helping to relieve all the negativity that are build up in stressfull times. Meditation is finding that place where inner peace exist.

Please be reminded that many times we are not in control of events that unfolds, and it helps us to find that place where the body, mind, and spirit converges to provide strength, faith and peace.

Good Luck and I Hope this helps - stay positive!.

Exercise and a good person to talk to. The little things can wait, only deal with the immediate when you are very stressed. Set up one day a week to put out fires & deal with little stuff, once it is out ofthe way, you'll feel better. Good luck.

Go for a walk, or a jog or a run at the park. It's the simplest stress reliever, because it takes your mind off stressful situations and also keeps you in shape.

go to a gym and take all your agression out on a punching bag

if your worried that you will break down use a pillow at home when no one else is home just beat the thing like your crazy

by the time you get done beating the pillow and realeasing all your anger and frustrations you will more than likely be extrememly tired crash out

Start by taking a deep breath. Just remind yourself to relaxe throughout the day.

Take some time for yourself, do something you enjoy that relaxes you.

Exercise is also a great way to destress.

do something you enjoy best
there must be something you enjoy best.. be it gardening, sex exercise, shopping.. even strange things like maybe going to the complaints department to let out steam ( i know ppl who do dat alot)
mine i go clubbing.. dancing and enjoying the music i like best..(just a suggestion)

good luck to you..i guess another best solution would be to talk to someone..your close buddy/ relative/ lover and let it all out they may not be able to help you but sometimes all you need is just an outlet

stressed or blessed. i made my choice to turn to Jesus Christ. trust in the Lord with all thy heart and he shall direct thy paths. he calmed the waves and he can calm the stress in your life. the arm of flesh will fail you but Jesus is the god that cannot fail. i did not say turn to religion it will fail you too.in helping yourself you then will be able to help those loved ones around you that are in more trouble than you. trust be humble repent believe in god.
