Little bit at a time.
Be more active at work- just because you're the boss doesn't mean you should sit around all day (employees usually respect managers more when they help too). I know I burned calories when I worked in a fast food restaurant stocking make lines and sweeping floors.
Start using smaller plates. Sounds stupid but mentally you're seeing a full plate without the need of alot of food. Also, look into changing some of what you eat. For instance: try to add more salsa instead of cheese or sour cream on a baked potato. You don't need to completely change what you eat- just modify it.
Remember to use smaller bites and chew thoroughly. Don't wait until you feel full to stop eating. It usually takes a few minutes or so for your brain to 'register' that you are full. So when you are at the point where you are no longer hungry, you should stop and wait a few minutes before deciding whether to continue or not. Also, just because it's a buffet doesn't mean you HAVE TO eat alot.
Park farthest from the door when you go anywhere. It's a walk across a parking lot; I'm not telling you to run a marathon.
Dance around your house with your wife, children or even alone.

In order to lose weight u have to want to lose weight. Even if u love eating every-time u go to make something to eat think of yo health. Start eating salads and fruits and vegetables. If u can't go to the gym buy a exercise DVD and ask yo kids if they could work out wit u. I'm sure it would be fun because i do it wit my mom all the time. If u like dessert try to get low fat or no sugar dessert.

My theory (everybody loves eating food is Delicious)of losing weight is what you see do not get that sudden second person saying "EAT,EAT" just relax and you do some exercising activities with your family and watch how fast you will be losing the weight have a small portion of food that you normally eat and tell yourself that you can through off that weight, because you don't want diabetes or high cholesterol's.

You're in a bad spot, especially having the same weakness that I do for fast food/high-fat foods.
You must first try and back off of the meals at work and maybe make excuses to walk around and ask how everything is with customers? It's a good excuse to move around.
I just lost a 635lb. friend, so I Really want to see you do this!!!!

Cant is just a weak excuse dude, how about just eating a lil less? that works....... When you get home go for a 30 minute walk! that works............ Diet pills only work when used in conjunction with a good work out plan and a clean diet...............

Have a smart meal (salad, veggie plate, something like that), and don't overeat.
Stay away from the soda, sticking to water or milk.
Are you near a school? "Borrow" the track and run laps five days a week.
