slice green tomatoes 1/2" thick, dip in egg, dredge in seasoned flour, allow to set maybe 10 minutes fry in one quarter inch very hot oil.

slice tomatoes and salt and pepper then dredge in flour then dip in beaten egg and then dredge in cornmeal and fry about 3 min per side let drain on paper towel. salt while draining and serve.I like mine with Jalapeno ranch

make sure they are green. slice thin, mix cornmeal, little salt and pepper in a sep. plate, dip wet sliced green tomatos in mixture, fry in oil in pan until light brown. (if tomatos are red they will fall apart in pan).

Ok,,,, 1 cup of flour... 1 egg.. salt and pepper,,,,, little milk...
mix egg and milk.... dip tomato in it.. put the flour in a flat dish,,, rub the tomoto after and coat both sides of it with flour.....
Drop in hot grease skillet,,, ect... for a couple minutes....
You can use flour and corn meal also,,, its good.....
Salt and pepper to taste......
