i keep having spilt end's what shapoo should i use

Dove...i use it and it works in all ways...split ends damaged hair anything(depending on what type you buy) plus it leaves your hair smooth soft and shiny

Step 1: Get the dead ends trimmed off

Step 2: Use a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner

Step 3: Deep condition your hair once a week.

Step 4: Use a leave-in conditioner with a UV protection (such as Redken) until the summer is over.

You can't mend the ends that are already damaged (don't care what the commercials want you to believe), but you can trim them off and keep the rest of the hair in good shape.

I use the Garnier Fructis Line... I used to have really dry hair with a ton of split ends that would get tangeled... I use the sleek and shine shampoo,conditioner and leave in conditioner cream....i totally recommend it.

U should use Panteene Pro V for colored wemon. It works great! I'm white but i have african in me and my hair and my sister's hair is more like Colored wemons hair and it works on split ends and makes your hair easier to style and things like that. Plus it smell great and keeps hair very soft and keeps in from drying out.But you will want to get the ends trimmed and then use this shampoo and conditionor.

The only permanent solution is to get the ends trimmed, but there are some silicone-based products that can smooth them down.

1.get them trimmed [i recommend]
2.Garnier Fruitis [haha i don't really know how to spell it]
