And yes, it is allowed by Islam to lie to create peace between two Muslims.

Sure, whatever it took to stop the conflict. Lying is not the mortal sin people seem to make it out to be. To tell a lie is not the end of the world.

no lying only makes things worst the best thing to do is get them together with you and openly discuss what the trouble is
