No because while they share some goals and tenants they are ultimately incompatible. In the last days, hopefully some Muslims will convert to Catholicism and enter into the sacramental life of the Church. There is no prophecy regarding this though. What prophecy there is, is this: There will be a great apostasy of Christians, not just Catholics, and then the Jews will return to the Church. (Read St. Paul especially Romans).

Of course not!!!

Catholicism is Christianity, not Islam.

Catholicism--& Christianity as a whole--believe in God the Father, Son, & Holy Spirit, while Muslims do not believe in the Trinity.

I strongly suggest that you get your head out of those Jack Chick tracts. They are all nothing but rubbish!!!;-0

When Whynotaskdon talks about it being the same god... Jesus essential to who God is in his entirety. Will they really worship the same God if they don't believe in the part of God that is Jesus? Do you still really love your wife if you don't believe that a vital part of her being exists?
