vaccum,because sound cannot travel through vaccum as it needs medium to pass through

You can get the sound insulation by increasing the surface area of any structure so that they can absorb the maximum amount of the sound wave. this can be achieved by using the Rough surfaced wall, thick woolen curtain, plants inside the structure etc.,.
