If you really REALLY like her and know that u two would be great together--- talk to her face to face and tell her the truth in a non-threatening way. Just let her know you like her and would like to get to know her better and then leave the rest up to her.
If you just want to hook up with her or don't see it being worth your effort--- Just let it go, there will be more girls out there who actually will be IMing you nonstop. Once you meet the right girl, she will be pursuing her just as much as you will be pursuing her.

I've answered all your questions about this girl......well you should talk to her face to face or write her a note telling her that you're not threading her or anything and that if she doesn't like you you understand that and wanna be her friend. Again let her know that you're always there for her.
It's up to you whether give up on her or not.if you wanna go for it do it in very gently and non-threading way....if you wanna give up in her and look for somebody else that's a good idea also...............but again if she doesn't like you don't let your feelings control your life.If she'll go out with someone else and be madly in love with him your not suppose waste your time on that crap.You should go out with someone else even if you won't give up on her.
