Who cares what an imbecile believes.
Psa 14:1 The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.

You believe? Wow, a new religion made all by yourself. How amazing e_e
I can't prove you wrong though but neither am I an idiot like you. What I believe right now are mostly from what I was taught about my religion, Islam. I'm only 17 but I'm no idiot. I live in this world not for nothing or for someone else to use me. That's why I'm interested in religions study and horoscope and all that kind of stuff. Don't you think that that is kinda an intelligent thing to do?
I know you mean quite well when you post this. But in your post, you refer to human's imperfection. And how is that has anything to do with God and religion? You said Christians preach to you about smoking but yet they pollute the world. Hey, what does that suppose to mean? "you and those like you"? So, are you telling me that you live in a jungle, with no cloth on, you eat nothing, drink nothing, with no shelter, you never move and you never hurt anyone or anything? That's the most stupid rant I ever heard!
It's a nice reminder for people though to keep thinking and not to follow things blindly. ;) Peace.

God does not will bad things such as Katrina on the world. He does not always prevent them, but He does not will them. Rather he weeps with us when they happen, and graces us with the strength we need to get through it. Belief in God is not an easy way out. If God were to stop all the evil in the world from happening, it would take away our free will, and we would only be robots programmed to love and follow him. He allows it, and lets us grow, if we're willing, through our response, through the chance to help and love other people.
Belief in God does not mean we cannot question things we do not understand. God gave us reason and it is right that we should use it to help us understand all of creation. Our faith should be complimented by our reason, through which we seek to constantly learn about the world around us. Not all Christians do this... but they should. Faith should seek understanding.
And, yes, Christians do sin. We ask for forgiveness, over and over and over, because we are not perfect. Just like everyone else, we do things without thinking, sometimes things that hurt the world around us, both the environment or other people. We constantly ask forgiveness because we know we make mistakes. Sometimes that mistake is pride - pride that prevents us from listening to other people and instead persist in believing that what we are doing is okay. And when we realize this, we should ask forgiveness for that as well as other mistakes, and try to learn how to take care of the people and land that has been given to us.
I don't believe you are going to Hell or that you are cursed. I do wonder whether you've written so strongly because you've seen a lot of Christians (or other believers in God) acting in sinful ways, and become angry, or whether there is some other reason for your hostility. I believe this issue of what it means to believe in God also is something that should be looked at with reason, instead of immediate condemnation of all who profess their faith. And that it is something worth discussing, intelligent discussion, to all our benefits, instead of each side hating the other.

Solomon was the most intellectual person in this world. He had riches unbelievable, and his knowledge was and is unmatched in today's time. He searched his life for the true meaning of happiness and he found it. Maybe if you would do some searching yourself then you would find the true answer self. Yet Solomons knowledge came from God. It's a get thing that God gave us this gift. If you want to become so intellectual then you should not be so closed minded to God his power and his glory. If you don't think God exist I promise you there will be no atheist in hell then you will wish you hadn't been so closed minded

You'll burn for that! God will tear off each layer of your wretched skin and feed it to you, and then make it grow back so he can do it again!! Someday, when you are burning in torment, I might let a drop of pee fall from heaven for you because I feel a little sorry for a neandertal who thinks this big lump of dirt has a spirit. Don't you know, Jesus will come on December 19th, 2012 and destroy the earth? Should I care if its polluted at that time or not? Destroyed is destroyed is destroyed!

i think that u have not read the bible. especially the book of revelation, the last book. the end is coming my friend. The time is coming when the tribulation will be set into motion. in fact it has already been set in motion. The time is coming when He will come for all righteous believers and the rest WILL be cast down to the lake of fire as it is called in the bible. U WILL see every thing u have ever known being cast down as the evil that this world's stubbornness has created in blindness to his plan for our lives. He has given us the choice to follow him or to follow in the ways of the world. HE cannot change ur unwilling mind to seek him if u do not cast down ur disbelief and FOLLOW. u keep blaming him for all these things that have happened in ur life and why was he not there for u then? because u rejected him and his shelter. i am a christian. I have suffered unspeakable troubles in my life and i have questioned and threatened him and my faith in him, my friend, u will never walk alone, there will never be a time that u stumble that he doesn't pick u up again as long as u keep ur faith in him u will NEVER be rejected. He has given u the choice, it is up to u to make it.

ease up on the caffeine....it should help. lol I dont know where I would be without God. That is my belief. I read your post, and I think thats your opinion and you are entitled to it. The wonderful thing about faith is that it is inside of your heart. Its the very essence of your being, and its what keeps you from fearing death. God is very real to me. If he's not to you, then thats your choice. Good luck and God bless. I will still pray for you tonite of thats cool with you. Maybe someday, you will see past this "seeing is believing" desire. Sometimes, we have to believe even when we don't see, because its the only thing that truly makes sense.

I basically agree with your underlying concept; however your overwhelming anger towards Christians is quite apparent and should be noted. I actually was displaced by Katrina, and I actually work in the field of poverty alleviation. I think that you should just stop hanging around whoever is causing you this anger or stop reading this site, and start doing something proactive! It sounds like your heart is at least in the right place.

You are asking folks to prove that your assertion is false. However, you have no proof to back up your claim. That's pretty weird, doncha' think?
Incidentally, I am not a Christian, but a pagan. I'm constantly baffled as to why folks on opposite ends of the spectrum - whether atheist or Christian - are so intent on changing others' personal beliefs.
Why not leave each other alone? Why not let everyone believe what they will, as long as they don't harm anyone in the process or try to convert others to *their* faith?

So you don't believe in any thing you can't see?
Then who did you get to post your ? for U?
'Cause I KNOW you wouldn't use a computer.
See, computers run on ELECTRITY,
which any fool knows you can't "SEE."
Hey, IF you really only believe in things you can see,
what do you BREATHE?
Not AIR, it can't be SEEN!
Oh, I know!
You're BLIND! so you can't see how to make sense
of the world around YOU!
Here's a thought; do you REALLY want to 'see' proof of God?
Go look in a mirror, 'cause ONLY God could make you & give you life.
But since he also gave you freewill, NOBODY can MAKE you do anything, but die.
Yes, most religions are seriously fouled up,
but its because of people like you.
Like you, they would rather curse the darkness, than light a candle.
Like you, they would rather stumble & fall on the Truth,
instead of casting off doubt, fear, superstition, & ignorance.
The reason most religions are so fouled up is, like you,
they have mentally refused to consider the possibility of their being WRONG.
Like you.

Walk by Faith, Not by site.
If God did "show his face". Who would doubt him. Our quest is not God letting us see him, but us(humans) find him, through faith. It is we who take the steps following God. God cannot make us believe in him, that wouldn't make much sence. That's why we live, we have free will. Such like smoking, smoke if you want, it's your health, screw those who tell you otherwise. But we are held responsible for our actions on earth.
No one can tell you that you have to believe anything. It is you who has to search God for yourself if you want to find him. But knowing the truth and believing the truth are two different things.
For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life. You said " you write to you today to become intelligent creatures" we have to realize in our "all knowing humanistic mentality" that we are not all knowing and that there is something big then us.
