And if so, that means you immediately know who it is at first sight and there's only one forever and ever?

Or is it just about meeting someone you like enough to consider a friend and share your life right now? In the future everything can change and so can your partner?

I do believe there is a so called "One" for each for us out there. The real question is whether or not you know instantly or not. I think I found my "One" when I was younger and we seperated due to going to different schools and eventually loss touch with one another. I eventually married as did she. We have both since divorced. I have since established contact with her but she is seeing someone else and although I would love to reconnect with her I would not do anything to try and sabatoge her relationship. That's just not the kind of person I am.

So, the moral to the story is I do believe there is that "One" out there for each of us. It's just a matter of identification and timing :)

Good luck with your search :)

I do but then again I don't. I believe that if you find the one, your soul mate, you are lucky; because the world is so large that the odds are against you. So I do believe there is someone for everyone, I just don't think many people find that other person. Then again I also think that sometimes there are people who are compatible enough that there could be more than one right person for them in the world.
