ok my daughter is 3 years old and all she recives a month for child support 40$ a month is that fair for her age group??should she be getting more?? if so how do i go about getting more for my daughter??will they make my baby father find a job?? if so how long would they give me to find one?? will the judge think it's fair for my daughter to olny recive 40$ a month.beside the 40$ a month which dose not buy much of anything he has not bought or did anything for her sence she was born and she is 3 now he lives in another state and dose not see her and another qustion is if he lives in another state then how will i ever go about bring him back up hear for court

You need to find out the laws for your state.

depends on what state you live in. yes, most of the time you'll get more then 40 dollars. usally around 200 to 400 a month depending on the fathers income. if the father is unemployed, they can't make him find a job. but they can fine him and sometimes arrest him for missing court appointed child support payments

every state has it's own laws and no 40$ is not right, where is the father,yes he needs an job and be there for your daughter , 400-800 is the about it.the law will find him, good luck ,hang in there
