Ok this is a long story but ok...I know this guy he's gay and he's only 18 but he's been gay with this guy teacher since he was 14 years old! THey were going out! The boy was spending the night at the guy teacher's house! You know they were having sex....and I just wonder what could happen to the teacher if someone told? I'm not going to tell the police or anything because the 18 year old is one of my friends....The man teacher is like 30 years old!

It really depends on what state he's in and whether or not the 18 year old's family wants to pursue criminal action. The teacher could be charged with rape and/or molestation and spend time in prison and have to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.

if someone would have told before the kid turned 18 then alot of trouble but now probably not much but what is worse is how does anyone know hes not also having another child come visit? makes you wonder how the kids parents didnt think it was odd but i would worry about other kids so maybe you should point it out to someone even if it was a guy and girl it shouldnt have happened and this teacher is not right in the head

The teacher would be convicted of statutory rape. It doesn't matter how old they are now and it would matter if the boy wanted to have sex with the teacher at the time, someone 18 or older cannot have sex with someone under the age of 17 without the permission of the younger person's parents/guardians.

It depends. Should the family press charges there is a six year statute on statutory rape. Also if the guy was a student of this teacher, the teacher would be suspended from work and quite possibly fired/forced to resign.

I believe there is a statute of limitations on things like rape and molestation in criminal case. The teacher could probably be held accountable in a civil suit, but why would the 18 yr old, who would have to be the one to file the suit, actually prosecute. Now, the school would probably fire him and there would be nothing he could do about it.

I don't agree with it first of all. I feel like the older man is just using an 18 year old to be as legally close to an adolescent as possible- oh never mind I forgot about him starting at 14. Yikes!

the guy would be tried found guilty and serve time in prison lose his job and never be a teacher again and be labled a sex offender the rest of his life and probably get *** raped by big black min in prison so really he might enjoy it tell please do tell maybe it will be on t.v. news and you could get famous for being a snitch maybe even get a made for t.v. movie out the deal or a book deal it could be fun

The teacher would be arrested and charged with abuse. He would lose his job, his reputation, and spend years in jail where he would be "bubba's boy" (if he wasn't killed for child abuse). The guy will get caught because if you know someone else will or does. The teacher is dead meat.
