Always I think, and that is not because I am young and inexperienced. I think it comes from our religion (moral) and also from the fact that often times, we women feel guilty about taking time or doing something only for ourselves (selfishly).
I think to masturbate is natural (we start at a very young age and as little children we do not know about dirty stuff). You will tell me that children do not know about right and wrong unless we teach them. True! Nevertheless, God has created children and if they do it intuitively, it must be because it is healthy to do so.
I would had one more thought, that is I believe that it can help young ladies when they start having relationships with boys. A girl that does masturbate is probably more able to resist the urge to go with a boy too fast. She knows she can give the sensations to herself so she can make him wait a little.
Giving yourself too fast to a boy is far more threatening to your life and self esteem than making yourself feel good by discovering your own body.

No. It's a normal part of being grown up (most people do, both men and women), a good way to learn more about what you like and how your body works. Good sex takes practice, and until you have someone you want to practice with, it's a good way to work on it by yourself.
