why does people blam muslims or islam for what binladen did?

binladen is an odd person,with an odd group ?he did things that all muslims disagree with.islam is the religeon of ethics ,we have whats called war ethics which was applied on ground for more than 1400 years befor geneva agreament which no body applies!!
so islam doesn't agree on the killing of even a single civilian regardless of his religeon or race.nowadays muslims are the ones who r suffering from what binladen did.hundred of thousnad of civilain muslims have been killed by the execuse of binladen!!!this pushes more to believe that he is not more than a US agent!

the main reason for everyone to blame Islam is becasue binladen is hidding behind the cloak of Islam. he is too much of a coward to admit that he has his own agenda behind everything he is doing or has done. That is why most of the people that are ignorant to the religion islam thinks that is what Islam is about.. torture and complete disregard for human life which is the total oppsite of what Islam is about. Islam is about love, community, friendship and most of all peace but sadly most of the world is too ignorant to look behind a screw up's agenda and draw their usual wrong interpretations.

I will do the best to answer without offending. The organization that Bin Landen runs is made up of those of the muslim faith. They have been quoted as saying they would be the neighbors and freinds with their christians neighbors until it was time for their plans to be unveiled. Then they would have no qualms of killing thoses same christian neighbors. That does make it difficult to keep an open mind to the fact that not all muslims as as militant as those in Bin Landens group.

I don't think most people blame ALL Muslims. It is a small % of Muslims that are doing the damage.
BUT !!!!!!! the biggest reason that the average American blames Muslims (I think) is you don't hear peaceful Muslims coming out against the violence when it happens. I have only heard 1 or 2 Muslim clerics condemn the violence. Why are the rest silent???

As for adultry, even if men r suspected, they r killed too.

Women supressed? does christianity or hinduism or jew or anyother relegion (relegion as with god n holy books) give any imprtance to women? do they allow women inheritance? no. in christianity, they allow women inheritance if there r no sons only. its in the bible. in hinduism, women r not allowed anything. Not even divorce.

Islam allows women many things. N about looking down. So r the men commanded to be modest with their gaze. wearing a hijab. This is a safeguard for women. Rape usually occurs on women who r wearing sexy micro miny skirt. ok? if something like this happened in Islam, than a true Islamic judge will kill this guy.

I blame muslims because they allow people like Bin Laden to operate by not denouncing him, by not preventing him from doing what he's doing, by supporting schools run by radical muslims and even harboring Bin Laden and Al Qaeda under the guise of "hospitality." I blame muslims because they have allowed the clerics to rule. I blame the muslims because they have allowed radical religion to dominate them--there are other forms of muslim religion not so radical as Wahabbism (or however it is spelled). I blame muslims because they actually pay to support these radical clerics rather than to stand up to them (like the Saudi Royal Family for one example). I blame muslims because they do not separate religion from government and allow radicals to take over government (as in Iran, as in Afghanistan as in what is happening in Pakistan in some provinces). Muslims deserve the blame for people like Bin Laden as long as they don't renounce him and refuse to tell radical religionists to limit themselves only to the religious sphere, and refuse to separate religion from government and recognize that there should be no state sponsored religion.

I would say generally because we do not see the moderate muslim leaders speaking out against him. Without a moderate competing voice, it is easy to lump all muslims together.
