I'm writing letters to troops overseas and someone suggested a post a question that lets me compile the sentiments of others to send with my letters. Since I thought this was a great idea, I'm encouraging anyone to post a message of thanks and appreciation to our troops. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE ANY POLITICAL COMMENTS - this is intended only as a message of support and encouragement. Thank You!

what i always tell my son...that i am proud as hell of him and what hes accomplished and his service to our country is one of the greatest sacrifices any person could make ....i equate it with being a fireman, emt, policeman and others who risk it all everyday to make our lives safer and have meaning...and i dont tell him this, but i pray every day for his safety and the others with him....and they should know there is a special place in our hearts for those who serve ....because they are not only serving for themselves..but for others...thank you and god bless you in every way....

I served in Kuwait and it would only take a simple ATTA BOY to make my day when I was there.
