Ask yourself: what is the motivation of a 47 year old for dating a 17 year old? Do you want your boyfriend to view you as merely a sex outlet or as someone with a personality, dreams, and aspirations whom he respects?

Age is just a number......but depending on the state you are in...he could go to jail even if you consent. You question was about dating.......but gotta be real... from an older guy. :)
