Do you think people on death row have to many appeals now?

Yeah they do. They should get 2 appeals. If you cannot prove you are innocent byebye!!! Some shouldn't even get an appeal. If there is enough evidence there to prove that you did crime, no appeal. If you confess, no appeal. If you plead guily, no appeal. Simple as that.

No. Considering the permanent nature of the death penalty, and the numbers of people previously on death row who were subsequently conclusively proved innocent and released, the appeals process needs to be expanded, not restricted.

There are human beings who don't want to die and you ask whether they should be allowed the very will to live?

No matter the crime...how can a society decide who is allowed to live?
Even criminals don't cease to be human beings

yes, most definitely! Their rights should be stripped from them as soon as they commit a crime that is bad enough to be sentenced to Death! Seems like Criminals have more rights then law abiding people, makes me sick.

Yes, they are a HUGE waste of our tax payer's money. 1 bullet for each one would save soooo much $$$ and free up prison space.
