My one neighbor across the street i think is a prostitute , an she acuse her neighbor of being a crak addict/ prostitute.
So how can i help these people ?
Anyone a former of at least one of these things ive just mention , so that you can give me first hand info on how you freed yourself from this decadence > ?

You can't, unless they want help and want to change.
Treat them with respect and compassion.
Express your concern, provide them information of where there are agencies/oraganizations that help people, then the rest is up to them.

get a egg, pork a hole with an needle. leave it for 1 day.. and throw it at her door.. the smell won't go away for at least 2 days!!!!
