My best friend (a boy) is so cool we call each other all the time but i want to be more than friends,i now he likes me a little.How can i tell him or make hime love more.We are 13 too.

Just talk to him in person about being more than friends, if it's meant to be then it will work out without having to try and ask people for help.

Start hanging out more. Start hinting that you would like to be more than friends. If you still don't think he is getting the message... kiss him.
