If you are a woman...no not at all. It causes ingrown hairs that become either leave scars or bumps. Tweezing is slightly better option. However, you can still get ingrown hairs. Waxing is a better option. Also, you may want to consider a permanent hair removal option like laser or electrolysis.

Electrolysis is your best bet. A razor will make it more thick and corse.
