i agree...that can i buy you a drink is getting realy old esspecially if they already have one...in my head...a guy that makes me laugh will keep me interested so try a simple hello then ask her her name then tell her a joke...and maybe just maybe ask her if you can buy her a drink...

Depends what you are trying to do. If you are just trying to get laid, you need to look for really drunk girls, who are obviously trying to get attention by wearing slutty clothing, dancing like lesbians on the dance floor, etc.
If you are actually trying to talk to girls because you are interesting in dating someone, I wouldn't recommend the bar as a good place to meet someone. But if you must.... my opinion is, if you have to use a LINE or something clever to get a girl to talk to you, why would you want to talk to her anyway? Just go up to her, say hello, introduce yourself, keep the conversation going for a few minutes, then end the conversation before she does - you don't want to monopolize her time - she's probably there to hang out with friends. Just talk a minute, tell her you'd like to buy a drink for her later, then later do so, ask for her number, accept the consequences (good or bad) with grace, and leave. And don't do this shi* face drunk or it is not going to look good.

Hmm in all honesty I wouldn't approach anyone in a bar...just my opinion but...
If you want to approach a woman in a bar, just ask her simple questions like, "Did you just get off work?" And if she goes yeah, then either say yeah me too (which is usually a good answer to get a conversation started but don't lie if you didn't just get off work) if you didn't get off work ask her where she works at and what she does or ask her how her day went? Also introduce yourself. She doesn't need to be talking to a stranger. Then slowly start complimenting her (but not too much..no over kill there) and just have a nice conversation. Then when you have decided if you like her or not, ask her for her number.

hey hun....just a personal thought here but if your pickin' a lady up in a bar it has to make ya wonder what kinda personal morals she has and what kinda sexual history she has had...with hundreds of std's runnin' rampit out there that's gotta be a risk not worth taking....thanks about it..a guy has an std...doesn't wonna tell a girl about it so he gets her drunk in a bar and takes her home...has sex then she wakes up knowing no different then goes to another bar and spreads it around...you would be better of findin' some one at a much classier place......love daisy
