Love is a 2-way street. I genuinely believe that you can't be loved without loving another, and vice versa. You know the old Beatles lyric: "In the end, the love you take is equal to the love you make."

So really, I have no idea how you would separate the two to compare them.

Ooh... interesting question. Undeniably, the best is when you have both, when someone you love loves you. There is, perhaps, no greater feeling in the world. Yet each by itself is meaningless. To love another when they don't love you, or to be loved when you do not love, can only bring pain, sadness, emptiness and despair. From a selfish point of view, I would rather be loved by someone I don't love than to love someone who doesn't love me. But if I can have them both together, I would say I enjoy loving the other more-- getting in touch with my feelings for her (assuming this is romantic love) and expressing them, and opening up myself and my feelings to her. And if she feels the same way, that brings meaning and validation to how I feel.

If I had to pick it would be loving someone because if it's even for a little while it is still blissful happiness. You don't have that kind of feeling when someone loves you and you don't love them back.

Well, there's nothing like telling my BF to roll over...he knows that means his side. And I cuddle up next to him. He says that's the way he falls asleep so well. That's a nice feeling, to spoon with yer loved one. Then on the other had...it's a nice little smile on my face that he returns the love like when I'm cookin' something in the kitchen and he swats my butt and hugs me from behind as says "Have I told you lately that I love you"

That's sweet!
So it's really a toss-up. Being loved maybe..........well, no......well.
yes................au...........let me think..........hmmm...........
no..........loving another! Heck! Both....and that's my final answer!!!
