Only if they have a second job as a pizza delivery person and delivered it to you....but if they just bought it for you out of the goodness of their heart, it would be insulting to tip them.

What? Since when do you tip people who buy you things! I believe it's called a gift, and I'd be really ticked off if I bought a pizza for someone (pepperoni or ham and pineapple) and they tipped me. What kind of nonsense is that?
Why is the teacher buying you pizza in the first place? Was it a school related thing?

That sounds kind of insulting.
Maybe a nice "Thank you so much for the pizza" would be a better idea.
If the teacher wants you to contribute for the cost of the pizza, that might be appropriate.
Tips are for people whose job it is to serve you. Teachers don't fall into that category.

school teachers earn their money and respect but they still have to take responsibility for how they spend like the rest of us. if one is nice enough to treat you to a pizza the thing to do is do the same for them or to something nicer.
