Chilled, yes. Not freezing cold. You can throw it in the fridge an hour or so before drinking it. It should not be stored there for long periods of time.

Chilling wine actually removes many of the flavours of wine, so you never want to serve wine too cold.

Do You Chill Pinot Grigio

White wines, including pinot grigios, should be refrigerated 20 minutes before drinking.

If it is already refrigerated, let it sit out for 20 minutes before drinking (this works better for me).

Pinot Grigio should be served chilled...but not so cold that it interferes with the taste.

Warm Pinot Griggio has the distinct aroma and flavor of vomit. Always refrigerate Whites!

Refrigerate, yes. But allow it to warm slightly before drinking in order to enjoy all the aromas and tastes involved.

Always chilll white wines. However, you can store at room temperature. Also, after chilling, let rest at room temperature for a bit so as not to confuse the flavours and bouqet of the wine.
