I don't know. I don't think that i am a 10. but then again i would never give anyone else a 10 either. I think that rating people like that is degrading

Yes, I used to do the online dating thing. I have a very tight athletic body and work quite hard for it. I would love for the guy to be the same. But, I would get these average to overweight guys who would respond to my ad because in the their criteria the woman having an atheltic body was a 'must'.

They feel if they rate themselves higher then they will have a better chance of getting laid. However they are idiots because all it does is set the expectation outrageously high and when reality hits the woman is dissapointed. If they would have rated themselves lower or at least realistically they may have had a chance.
