You can use a program called VirtualDub to do this and best part of it is that it is a FREE program!

Assuming you have Windows XP, you can use the Windows Movie Maker that is built into XP to join two clips. The only issue is that Movie Maker will save the file in wmv format (which Windows own) rather than avi. But as any computer with Media Player can use it, that should not be a problem.
Click the Start button, All Programs, Accessories, and look for Windows Movie Maker.

yea muh'man. just get your hands on a semi-good video editing program, that has time lines and can import ready made videos, and then just export it, as a new AVI file. There you go!

you must have a avi editor that you can search them in www.download.com
if you have adobe premiere import your avi files to scene
and then drag them to timeline

just burn them to a dvd with a dvd burner, make sure you add no1 video file first to your burning program and then add video no2....then click start burn
