We have leftover steak from last night and I don't know what to do with it. What can I make out of it and if you know what to do with it, what would be the recipe?

Make rice, put rice in cassarole dish, add cut up steak, sour cream, small can chopped green chilies, cover with shredded cheese, bake 1/2 hr at 375. Delicious, good for any leftover meat.

Make a caesar salad (Romaine lettuce tossed with Caesar dressing--Newman's is good--topped with croutons and grated parmesan cheese) Slice the steak on top. Excellent light summer meal.

You could make a potpie or u could chop up your steak and what ever veggies u have on had smother in gray top with biscuits and bake in oven until golden brown. It's very good.

You can slice it and serve it on a bed of lettuce with tomatoes, crumbled bleu cheese (or cheddar), add grilled or canned corn (drained), and add an Italian or Caesar dressing (or creamy bleu cheese if you didn't have crumbly bleu).

You can also slice it and make fajitas with it, with grilled peppers and onions, cheese.

You can also make open-faced steak sandwiches.

I like to shred it and make Beef Salad for sandwiches. I make it just like Tuna Salad.

Slice it thinly and serve in a mixed green salad with thinly sliced Vidallia onion and sliced strawberries - drizzled with a raspberry vinaigrette (balsamic dressing with 1/4 pureed frozen raspberries).

Delicious!

Soak it in teriyaki sauce. This will soften it again. Then do whatever you want, with a great teri-steak item.

have steak and eggs...LOL OR you can cut it up and saute with onions, bell peppers, and make tacos/burritos. OR you can cut up and put in a crock pot with a bag of mixed veggies and potatoes.
