Has anyone wondered: Did Adam and Eve have belly buttons?
And: How did they know how to produce children?

No belly buttons. As for sex, after they disobeyed God and sinned, the lustful humanity took over. Sex is a part of nature, you could get 2 pups, keep them seporated and away from other dogs for most of their lives, let one go into heat, put them in a lot together and see how long it takes, lol

They probably had belly buttons, or otherwise when ours healed they should close up entirely.
They had no TV, no radio, no nothing, they probably played around with each other quite a bit. Eventually Adam was bound to stick that thing in the righ place. Like pin the tail on the donkey.

Adam and Eve are symbolic. The creation story is meant to point to the mystery of creation using poetic symbols.

The didn't have bellybuttons because they were not conceived or in utero; they were created by God. God probably told them how to have sex! I wouldn't doubt it.
