Please don't hurt yourself. You are here on this earth for a reason. I bet there are tons of people out there that would love to know you. Please , hold your head up, and think positive. I'm sorry you feel bad, but there is a future out there for you. To cheer up, ask questions right here, and answer some too. Glad you're here!

Listen to some music, but not the punk/goth/metal stuff that'll make you want to kill yourself. I wouldn't recommend rap for a bad day, either. You could also watch some tv, and if you're a girl, you should definitely pig out on CHOCOLATE!!! It has been scientifically proven that chocolate increases endorphines and has much more of an effect on women that men, so go out to Kmart and buy Baci!!! Yum! I have only found Kmart to sell tham, which is sad... Or you could just go out and buy whatever kind of chocolate you like, be it Godiva, Perugina, Hershey's, etc.
Do not cut yourself!!!
You could also go to youtube.com and watch clips from funny shows, like madtv and SNL.
Here's the site for madtv clips--enjoy!

Buona fortuna!!

Cutting yourself won't make your day anybrighter. I had Bad day feeling for this whole week, then yesterday I got really better. I talked to my sister, and turn out what I was feeling was very normal. Find out what bothers you, deal with the problem if you could. Talk with someone, if they can't help you, they might lift you up. Do something fun, eat something you really like, buy something you like (it doesn't have to be something you need).

I don't know much about cutting, but I do know about bad days. Fortunately, those are mostly behind me now. If you want to know more about how I found my way out of the misery, see my antidpressant that works webpage:

Feel free to email me if you want to discuss anything. I'm here to help however I can. A friend of mine, who I met in group therapy, is a cutter. She would not remember doing it afterward, though. So I sorta know what it's like.

Get busy! My daughters therapist gave me some great advice for her when she is feeling destructive, and that's to give her something to do. So if I think she's going to start to rage (her particular problem) I'll tell her to go get me a drink, or 'wow, look at the tv' or whatever. Get busy, find something productive to do, let yourself get distracted from your bad attitude and soon you'll forget all about it. Good luck!!

Yes I am.
I had to yell at a co-worker, and I said: "F*&$ you, and the whore that spawned you!" . Which is probably going to far, but he called me a moron.
Anyhow, I cheer my self up with Scotch whiskey (I hear that bourbon and vodka also work). Give it a try.

My guess...
You have a family with lots of problems. You've learned to block out many things. You need some help. Talk to your school counselor for starters or one of your friends parents.

Don't jump. The fall is fun but the landing just makes things worse.
