No, the vagina is very elastic and very muscular: it's designed to stretch.
Anything smaller than a new-born baby isn't going to have any permanent effect: anything big enough to have any effect would be enough to really hurt (you'd have to be actually tearing yourself), nothing you're enjoying is going to have any long term effect.
In general, the only long term effect of masturbation is that you have a better understanding of your likes and dislikes, of how your body responds, and are more practiced at having orgasms, so you enjoy sex with guys (large or small) more.
