I am a college student and have become obsessed with Ramen Noodles-what can I say, they're cheap and delicious! Does anyone know or have any recipes for Ramen noodles besides eating them alone? Do any good side dishes go with them. Thanks!

Brown strips of beef or chicken in an electric skillet or wok.

Add 1/2 the water shown on the ramen noodle package. Add the ramen noodles. (You want enough water to cook the noodles, but not enough to make soup)

Cook til noodles are almost done.

Add frozen (or canned) veggies of your choice, and half (or all) of the seasoning packet that came with the noodles. Add more water, if needed. Stir.

Cook til veggies are tender.

chop a small onion or 2 whole scallions up,if you have any leftovers, like steak, chicken or even a burger chop them up to about 1/4 in. size.a small amout of sliced green peppers.start to boil your water for 2 bags of ramen, add the above ingrediants and some soy sauce(a spoonful or two) a little garlic and onion powder. simmer for 10 min. add your noodles, then about 2 min. before they are done you may add frozen or canned peas and carrots ,when noodles are done drain 90% of the water off and then mix in saesoning packs. you just made a quick and tasty stir fry, if you like leave the water in and you have a healthy soup.

I like to add an egg while its cooking, approx 2 minutes before its done cooking. Make sure to scramble it. Then add the flavor packet last, that way the egg gets more flavor to it. mmmm
