that's Bulgarian mate! It means "I have something important to tell you. call me!" Enjoy it or should i say...наслади му се!if you need any other translations from that lang. call me!

It is 100% Bulgarian and 0% anything else. The only words in the sentence which can be found in modern Russian are "важно" and "да".

It is not russian. It is ukraine. It says:
Mom, what you are saying is not important. We will do it without you. Or very similar.
I am from Belarus and can understand Ukraine people. The writing might be a little off, but it's the closest translation

It looks Russian, but it could possibly be Greek or something like that. Try one of those online translators and see what it means.

It is Russian and say "yes" "important", but I am not sure what else. So it is likely that MAUS is correct.

I think it may be Bulgarin using Russian characters

Looks like one of the slavic languages (Russian, Ukranian, etc). I have no idea what it means though.
